Coaching Opportunities at Villarreal Virginia Academy

Villarreal Virginia Academy (VIVA) is seeking passionate coaches who want to grow and develop under the guidance of our Official Partner, Villarreal CF (VCF), Spain (LaLiga).

As our club expands across both girls’ and boys’ programs, we are looking for coaches eager to teach players using the Villarreal CF Methodology, delivered by VIVA staff in collaboration with VCF experts.

Requirements:

• Punctual and reliable

• Strong communication skills

• Commitment to attend all coaching education sessions (online via Zoom with Spain, and in-person when VCF staff are onsite)

• Soccer playing experience preferred

• Serve as a positive role model for players

Opportunities:

• Coaching education provided by Villarreal CF staff

• Chance to attend official coaching courses in Spain
