
Villarreal Virginia Academy (VIVA) is dedicated to providing consistent, comprehensive, and high-quality player development. Our professional staff and developmental programs operate at the highest standards to ensure long-term growth and positive outcomes for every player.
The Travel Soccer Program is funded entirely through player fees, which allow VIVA to maintain professional coaching, league participation, administrative support, and field operations year-round.

VIVA makes a long-term commitment to its coaching staff and players. We expect families to make the same commitment upon acceptance. Additional team-related costs may vary based on tournaments, travel, and equipment.
Fees may be paid in up to 9 installments beginning February 1
After March 30, fees may be paid in up to 7 installments

Training equipment: goals, pinnies, goals, corner flags, small-sided goals
Referee fees for VPSL, ECNL, and NCSL matches
EDP referee fees are paid by individual teams
Fall & Spring Soccer League
Winter outdoor training (weather permitting)
Weekend scrimmages and matches year-round
Player workload managed by Technical Director (including rest periods, HS season adjustments)
These items are paid separately and vary by team
Tournament entry fees and travel expenses

VIVA offers optional summer and winter training programs, including:
Skill development with Futsal Sessions
Specialty clinics
International trips to Villarreal CF (Spain)
These programs are à la carte and require separate registration and fees.
NO refunds after accepting a roster position
Acceptance is a full seasonal commitment
Player passes will not be released until all fees are fully paid
Players must be financially current to transfer during a seasonal year
Transfers will be held until obligations are fulfilled
Clubs must notify VYSA within 3 business days to block a transfer
Transfers released within 2 business days after payment
Bad-faith holds may result in sanctions
